HelloPhone’s costs fall into the following categories:
Subscription Fee: We offer a monthly subscription fee ranging from $49 to $149, depending on your required features. We do not charge per-user fees like many other phone systems.
Usage Fees: A small fee applies to phone lines and call minutes. This way, you only pay for what you use. Usage fees as of November 2025 are:
$3.00/number/month for local numbers, and $4.50/number/month for toll-free.
$0.05/minute for local numbers, and $0.069/minute for toll-free.
$0.03/text message
$0.03/transcription minutes
CX Evaluations: A limited number of AI Reviews are included in your subscription fee. Dead Ringers offers comprehensive CX analysis and/or additional AI reviews on your calls to monitor customer experience and make recommendations for improvements.
Training & Coaching Solutions: This falls under Dead Ringers’ services and is an optional add-on. That said—what good is measuring your phone performance but not seeking to improve it? We’ll offer coaching and/or training based on your CX analysis results, so we can train to your weaknesses and help you capitalize on every call.

AI can help you spot-check for keywords like industry terminology or FTC Funeral Rule fumbles. It can provide a basic overview of customer experience, too—but truly, we don’t trust it, and neither should you.
