  • A lot. And yes, that’s not a definitive answer because the Library is still growing, and will continue to grow—forever. There is quite a bit of content available today, and there will be even more tomorrow, and even more next month, and even more next year.

  • The CXpertise Library is geared toward all things “customer experience” specifically for the deathcare profession. That covers a remarkably wide scope—but it’s also quite different from other learning systems out there that are either: a) focused on regulatory or technical skills only, or b) not deathcare specific.

    At a minimal per-user rate, it’s also more affordable than most learning platforms, which either offer extremely limited content for free or require a subscription of $29+ per user per month.

  • Customer experience (CX for short) is far more than just the customer interaction—especially in this profession!
