We’ll Mystery Call Your Firm
Our Ringers will place a mystery call to your firm, based on the parameters provided in your form. Don’t worry—you probably won’t even know it’s us! Our Ringers have a knack for blending in.
Show Up for Your Coaching Session
Your coaching session can include yourself and any member of your team that you want—but we recommend that this happens at the management level. If you need to reschedule your Session, please communicate with our team in advance; we understand things come up—but a no-show on your part will not be rescheduled. This time is for us to help YOU. Use it.
At your Coaching Session, a Dead Ringers CXpert will share your call recording, a PDF report of our findings, and opportunities for improvement based on your call performance.

The Bet On You Challenge is for new and returning clients only—not current Dead Ringers clients. By entering the Challenge, you consent to a recorded call by our team into your firm. You acknowledge that you are an owner or manager at the firm and that the information provided in the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your recorded call is to be used as a training tool only—not to make hire/fire decisions—and you are entering the Challenge because you want to gain accurate insight into how your team is handling phone calls.
